George and the Mayor of Taipei City

In the photo there was a performance of wind instruments of George's school. George was holding a trombone right behind the mayor of Taipei city who was there as a special guest. This insipid gentleman is a hopeful candidate for the next presidency of Taiwan. The photo may be valuable if his ambition come true.

這是由寫給國外親友的信中擷取的片段，因為收件人當中有洋鬼子，加上部份親友沒有中文電腦，所以用英文寫。怎麼不寫成中文再發表呢？嘻嘻，因為英文不是母語，有些字眼就算過於直率，看起來也有點隔層紗的感覺。

短短六、七年，世事變化多。兒子長得大樹一樣；市長變成總統還連任；寫email給親友，中文也不再是障礙，用手機都能讀寫了。
